    It's not illegal to take them off unless you are in California.

    losing water .. nothing on the ground

    vernon gazonit 2015 eco 266000 miles. Just started losing water about 1 gallon an hour. Nothing on the ground while parked and I do not see a leak around the water pump. Any ideas?
