151K miles, it may just be Combustion knock due to injectors, no biggy as long as the OAs are good, You need to establish OA trends just one is not enough IMO.
They are problematic in some/most cases; it will take someone that know the work arounds... Very rare to find someone in dealerships capable of reversing all of this, details will need to be shared $30K WOW...
The bypass was engaged you pump 5 gallons of contaminated fuel in tank... Your entire fuel system will likely to be replaced. Remove FCA and check if it looks like this.
If you take it to a dealer, you had better be specific and clear, because, I doubt whoever you talk to knows the ins and outs of every independent Dealership policy on repairs.
Your tune is at risk at any dealership, they may cover the tone ring, but you are likely to get the updated Software , and than your dash will be a lighted up with just about every MIL/CEL/Code associated with deleted components missing.
I would just continue to drive, and revisit what to do if problems develop, the diminished valve is NOT worth the truck value W/ new engine. Changing Engine for One that worthy IMO is NOT worth it. My 2019 Hemi cost $2.200.00 Les to operate in 6 years than My 2015 3.0 in 4.5 years of ownership...
