FWIW, most have found that tunes tend to mitigate the headaches for the most part. The engine is what it is, by doing away with the dpf...

Not that I’m aware of unfortunately. It’s relatively easy to drop the tank, and was able to disconnect the house without any fancy tools

More than likely no, the egr is a known issue with these trucks and more than likely your map sensor is caked with soot

It wasn’t grenaded the truck ran the same as it does still. It was a possibility so had it replaced under the recall.

If yours is like mine, I would think a pipe wrench would pop it loose. Mine was in the glove box with the rest of the spare lug nuts...
