I'm having trouble disconnecting the connectors I don't want to break them.. trying to figure out what problem child is causing my no bus. Got no communication from the dlc at all to help. 2015 ram 1500 3.0L ecodiesel. Any advice on 1. Disconnecting the Star connector connections or 2. Other places to check for no bus problems I've done under driver seat frame rail bulk connector and connection by driver left foot. Both are good.

I typically use a needle-bottle with Kroil in it to inject a little here and there on stubborn connectors. I also do the "tighten to loosen" thing while trying to get it out by pushing the connector inward just a hair and trying to work them out (recently did this on every single underhood and underbody connector a few days ago). Perhaps this video may be a little helpful to you - I would have never guessed an internal capacitor issue on the connector itself would do that, and I've been doing component level repairs for 24 years. This guy explains and illustrates it incredibly well.
