I wrote about the remote start if used and you don't get heat it's because the door or valve for the heater core did not activate open and you won't get heat in the cab so you have to shut off the truck with the key in the ignition and restart it with the key and it cycles open that's what happen to me apparently it's a glitch and there was a few more that had it happen to them that same day.

I got the topper off a dealership trade in so it's actually granite crystal not prairie Pearl but I've got a picture up here somewhere...
