    My eco was Regen about every three hundred miles. In the past month I have not used any dpf and I haven't Regen. Is this a concern

    That is not normal. No engine lights I assume?

    Have you been driving a lot of highways. If your truck is running highway speeds for 15-20mins, I believe the heat from the exhaust generates what is known as an active regen. Not sure if during that process it would require DEF during that process. I do know that these trucks def systems aren't particularly fond of nonstop city driving. Hope that helps you out
