In reference to all the deleted posts, enough of that. If you don't like it here, then please move on.
I try my best, I'm not perfect though.Heck, I'm the only moderator on the site to begin with!
Like mentioned, power is one thing.. but you need the truck to stop the load as well.
We welcome Cummins owners too, even if you just hang out in the off topic section! :D
@Douglas Ruszcyk we understand your frustration.. but folks here are just asking questions to help. We all learn by asking questions and collaborating with everyone.
Welcome! Most seem to like PPEI tuning for sure, but I wonder if the EcoDiesel is the right truck for you? The Cummins would most definitely pull the load better. How often are you towing that much weight? I think the max towing of the EcoDiesel equipped truck is around 8K.
That's very, very unlikely! Of all the new modern diesels I've had, intakes have done nothing more than give a little better sound in most cases.
I don't have one, but if they can say I'll get even 2 MPG better I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
The only problem is, most only come to forums to report issues. The ones that drive and enjoy their EcoDiesel's daily usually don't signup and/or post to report the good things.
Really, we have no way of knowing how many "fail".
