I originally purchased my assemblies online based on high reviews. The first two lasted less than a year each. About a year ago I paid $220 for one assembly at Napa and haven't had a problem since.
Tape small piece of Wally plastic bag to the vent and put the fan speed on each number and post the video. Or at least put your hand in the direction of the vent wind and measure the distance from the vent to when you no longer feel the air movement. 🤷♂️

I haven't ordered one so I'm unsure of how good they are. But still wanted to help others. https://factorymanual.com/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23568358223&gbraid=0AAAAAqSSfRPowP1G6saqBlJphDPypQcpG&gclid=Cj0KCQjwqPLOBhCiARIsAKRMPZp8OsQYPPX-XNw-ZFQbYvGimHExCYt1nui_Od1W1EGwxhd
Yea, eventually I will change it. I'll have to do research as to how often to change a particular filter brand. I'm all about preventive maintenance, but changing the fuel filter every 7,000 miles (my oil change interval) is absurd overkill.
I cannot answer your question. However, I can say that I've put 40,000+ miles on my used truck and haven't changed the fuel filter yet. Haven't had any fuel or engine related issue at all. I don't know if/when the previous owner did it.

Found the fuse online for $23 using the Mopar part number from the first video.
Power steering failed. Did some research and found these two videos. Haven't tried them yet, but will return with results.
