Does anyone have any actual data from having had the flash done concerning actual fuel economy (HWY and City) running unloaded and loaded! I am not over sold on FC's word after all the air suspension problems in cold weather we are having in Canada that they do not believe they have!

2014 Limited 157,000 km Only real problem has been the air suspension system that has not been designed for cold weather driving, should never be sold in Canada. Thanks to my dealer not FC, it appears we have fix that is working. Pollution control system that functions great on the highway but...

Give me your corporate e-mail address and I will send you the service managers e- mail address to contact him with. I just do not want to put his contact information on line without asking him first and I am out the country for a few months.

I can tell you that ever truck they have done this on has never returned to the dealer with a air system failure. If they tell you it's a closed system ask them why the compressor vent is vented to the atmosphere with no proper desiccant air filtration on that line! This system needs to be...

The dealer has to open each air bag, add the brake line antifreeze, re-seal the system, evacuate and add the nitrogen back to the system. It was a $ 250.00 CDN cost not too expensive compared to replacing the compressor! I had that done last year and I am down in MX for the next few months but...

I use the EDGE II on my 2014 Eco Diesel and can use it to initiate a burn when required with out any trouble. Plus you get see the actual soot level build up and the heat sensors throughout the system while the burn is in progress. As I have said in the past if you are low speed driving a regen...

Do we know what is the average life for DPF if it has been operating correctly, IE when should one be getting concerned about replacing the original filter! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Final update: Desiccant filter worked well over the summer and I have gone with the brake line antifreeze in the air bags for the winter (desiccant filters will freeze over the winter months being not effective). My dealer indicated that they did not have any of the trucks back in with...

I was in at the dealer for an oil change, some minor work recently and discussed the air suspension problem. Their current fix with the brake line antifreeze seems to be working, they said they did not have a single return for any of the trucks they treated. (And they indicated they had allot...

Apparently there is an air side vent from the compresser that can pull air into system. It is located next to the rear passenger tail light in the rear wheel well fender that is looking like the main suspect in this problem. If I can find out more detail on it I may try mounting a desiccant air...

Just an update: I am down south for the winter in the warm weather and the air suspension system has functioned flawlessly since the one incident after the repare work done at the dealer. I just had the one failure in the cold weather in Nortern Alberta but none since that one error code and...

I have found anything below + 10 C the rad cover should be on to help keep the heat in the motor. ( Recently ran as high as +16 C on my way south through Salt Lake before removing the cover with no real issues for over heating) We have diesel # 1 all winter here in northern Alberta and just ran...

I do a lot of driving never getting above 80 k and find the filter fills rapidly and when it gets above 65 to70 % it usually goes into regen mode but at low speed City driving I have found that I cannot maintain sufficient temperature and it drops out of regen mode, never completely regen and...

jdn, Here are codes that were scanned on the system prior to the last work done on the system. I am heading south in the morning so we will see how well the system does over next three days until I get out of this cold weather! The truck worked fine today with all it's levelling functions so we...

Jdn, do not feel bad, just back from Fort McMurry and the repaired suspension system failed once again. I will try to remember to send list my error code read out just to compare. So the dealer replaced the valve block, changed out the compressor, mostlikley recharge the N2 system and it...

jdn: the brick wagon was a reference to what the ride feels like in the truck These are the two warning messages one gets as the air suspension system fails and this is what the truck looks like with the drivers side full down. Also I was mistaken the first failure started at 87,000 km and it's...

jdn: I agree with that air suspension should not be rocket science with many types of vehicles using it. My problems started at about 98,000 km now at 118,000 km the system functions for about an hour at HWY speeds and shuts down. Interesting point is that when you shut down the truck for an...

Well here we go with replacement of the defective Fiat / Chrysler air suspension system, $ 2,400.00 later and I am sure the problem will not be fixed because it is defective design from Fiat/Chrysler that can not withstand cold weather and fails consistantly any time the air temperature is below...

Opti Lube is what I have been using since I got the truck but have no real reference as this is my first diesel. Have been able to get 31 mpg (Imperal gal) in good weather and no head winds at 65 mph HWY speed with the 3.9 rear end CrewCab.
