Check the connectors under the drivers side door, they’re notorious for causing ghost issues. Mine did something similar after a decent bump in the driveway and ended up causing com issues with the trans.

Check the plug under the drivers side floorboard on the frame rail to the transmission.

I would think that would have been part of the pump replacement, unless pump did fail and sent shards of metal in the fuel and they’re going to Nickle and dime you now 😅 not sure where it’s located but I’d follow the lines and see if you see it. Should be on top of engine somewhere!

I would venture to say with the codes, it’s the first one after the turbo. Could always unplug it and see if your readings change!
