Well figured it out, seems the exhaust flange gasket was leaking the exhaust melted the def supply line closed, I never really noticed until I removed the def injector again to double check, I never suspected it cause I had the injector out to clean a month ago so I knew it shouldn't have been...
Yes i just checked it again and it was clean, cleaned a a few months ago, how often depending on mileage obviously but what would be youre best guess, from the pic of my scanner, does one indicate no def flow ??

Ya pete ,iam with ya, I have been a Mechanic for 40 years and although capable of doing the work except the programming I prefer not to play with it, I have been doing some reading Nd seems a toss up what to do, I guess leave it alone till somethings happens, just keep doing reg maintenance
