SVS 4wd light comes on when it’s wet - 4x4 stops working

Not sure if it fits your problem but have you checked this connector that runs along the frame on the drivers side? It is known to work its way loose.

    How to determine tune status

There is really no way find out whose tune you may or may not have. Sometimes you can identify if you have a tune by trying to set the cruise control at less than 30(?) mph. Many generic or sub par tuners will also program out certain error or engine malfunction codes. In my novice opinion...

Wow, I wonder if it has something to do with them being closed for a while or they can't ship to the US anymore

Your code will need to be cleared at the dealer or by someone with the appropriate tools before you proceed.

About to tune, double check my logic

I would say you can tune confidently with either tune you mentioned! GDE will be emissions compliant. EOC will shut off the EGR with no ill effects.

    Post Z46 leak

My guess would be poor workmanship at the dealer and not any of the recall parts themselves.

    Done with Dodge/Stellantis

Maybe a little spray off cleaner and VERY low water pressure rinse would start to help! thank goodness you avoided catastrophic failure!

    Done with Dodge/Stellantis

Man, that has got to be super frustrating, after all is said and done and the "smoke clears" (😞 bad joke) hopefully they find that the error is simple and the fix is painless and permanent! Please let us know what the resolution is.

    New motor, who tunes?

That is strange, if anything is warrantied on a diesel truck it is the emission parts... what year is your truck?

Did I royally mess up by buying this?

Sounds kind of nerve wracking. Here are 4 options, there may be more! 1. Take the truck back and tell the dealer you don't want it since it was sold with illegally modified emissions. 2. Check out the EOC website and contact them. They may be able to give information regarding a tune that is...
