So after 6,000$ I fixed my issue with the 2-5 times a day reset of the computer. I was using the AEM gauge to clear the code so I could keep driving and through an immense amount of research I found multiple issues that cause this code; throttle body, coolant temp sensor, accelerator pedal...

I took my truck to banks so they could figure out what was wrong with my system (PedalMonster, idash, and derringer tuner) and they had to reflash and re-upload all the software after completely removing what was on it; and hottdamn did it work! It’s like a completely different truck...
In my experience with the truck (115k miles) i have had timeframes where the truck will regen twice a week as well as other times where i went almost 3 months without a regen. i cant say that i have seen any consistency with the regen process or when it does it. maybe TC diesel can chime in if...
It was pretty straight forward... if you’ve pulled a trans before you won’t have any trouble that I can think of EXCEPT the one thing I had a problem with was aligning the torque converter... I ended up drilling a hole in the drivers side of it to turn it so I could re align the bolts, and stuck...
Well I’ve spent about a full month trying to get the pedal monster/idash and derringer to work aaaand it doesn’t... so I have about 1500$ in parts routed in my ED that are zip tyed outta the way because none of it works and banks is being less than helpful. All the wiring is routed and plugged...

I finally got rid of my ethrottle issue... cost me a princes ransom. Had to machine the heads to extract the glow plugs, new accelerator pedal, throttle body, injectors, coolant/oil sensors and associated gaskets. Going on 3 months with no codes/limps 🤷🏻♂️
