Driving my Ram with cruise control when the Service Electronic Throttle light came on followed by the engine light and a significant loss in power. I drove my truck home but seems the turbocharger is not providing boost. Taking it in to the dealer this week. I have 64K miles on the vehicle

Welcome! Many posts here with that same issue. Unfortunately, it seems many had different solutions to the problem. Search around on the forum as we have plenty of topics around the Service Electronic Throttle message.
