Greetings,
I have a 2015 EcoDiesel RAM with 280,000kms that is popping codes P051B, P2455, P04DB.
I had the intake replaced at 234,000. I just cleaned the EGR tube and the fitting that the PCV sensor is connected to. The intake is pretty much just as nasty as the last one with only 46,000 on it.
I put a catch can on it, that's when the P04DB came up.
How do I get rid of that?
The P051B didn't come up until recently.
What is causing that?
So the P2455 code, does that mean the DPF is getting blocked?
I was told it may need a DPF sensor. Where is that located?
I bought the truck new in 2015. Put a Banks/Derringer tuner in it after the dealer messed with the ECU and made it a slug with sluggy mileage.
It has been an absolutely solid truck. I've seen 7.1L/100km twice, 8.3 - 8.6L/100km normally. Then the dealer... 10.1L/100km and it is rarely lower than that in the summer.
