2020 ram how to check, change antifreeze

have a 2020 ram. Was going to change the antifreeze in the truck, found there is no petcock to drain radiator. also notice the lower hoses had no fluid in them so now concerned. is there a way to check antifreeze level other than looking at the reservoir? How do you drain the system, where is the petcock?
