2nd regen in 1000 miles?

So in November I got the message that the filter was at 80%, after driving on the highway it wouldn't regen and I ultimately got the "see dealer message". I did a manual regen with AlphaObd and it cleared it up. Just today I got the 80% warning again, no check engine lights. Any ideas? Thanks
