Can anyone tell me what that squeak is it’s driving me nuts

If it's not your blower motor in the cab (which it sounds to match the engine) remove the serpentine belt, and spin every pulley by hand to find whatever bearing is out. It could be idler, tensioner, AC compressor, water pump, alternator.
