Check Engine Code P0428

Over a month and a half ago I got a check engine light on my 2016 Ram Ecodiesel. Took it to Autozone and the code was P0428 Catalyst Temp Sensor had high voltage input for a predetermined period of time. While investigating what to do about 5 days later the check engine light went out and stayed out for about a month and a half. It came on again yesterday with the same code. Trying to determine if this is an electrical surge issue or the the temp sensor itself. Any Ideas or experiance with this issue.
