Dealer service let down - again.

So last week I dropped my 2106 off at a Ram dealer it had never been to for the z46 & 66a recalls without an appt. This was on Monday & by Tuesday afternoon it was ready to pick up. So WOW - I thought I had found the magic service dept.
Well after picking it up it the CIL lit & I took it back the following day thinking it'll be in & out.
Well the happy feelings for this new service have been dragged back down to reality as my truck has sat there over a week without even a glance.
So they did the recalls at break neck speed but diagonse a CIL resulting from said recall work is gonna take weeks?
How does that make sense.
