ECU/ECM issue

Hi everyone. I have a 2016 Ram ecodiesel. Recently I had the EGR/DEF removed and a new tune since deleting them. The turbo on it suddenly failed, after replacing the turbo the truck is now throwing a code for the ECU, will I have to put another tune on it? anyone have any ideas on this?

Interesting turn of events there.. Hopefully it's not correlated. Did the turbo fail right after? Either way, sounds like maybe get a ECM with a stock tune/file.. and get the truck running if you're not able to get it going with the delete file.
