Electronic Throttle Control

Just received a quote to replace/service the electronic control - $1200.00 Any word that RAM will cover any of these costs? I have a 2015 pickup, 122K miles that I expected to last at least another 80,000 miles. After 20 recalls you would think lemon laws would kick in. My plan now is to have it fixed and sell it before before another $1000 repair bill occurs. Looking for any input from similar situations.
