Engine fuel problem

2018 truck has been at dealership for 5 weeks with a fuel problem. Engine cranks but wont run. No check engine light. The dealer says the have changed the fuel rail, the fuel injectors, injection pump, and fuel pressure sensor and still will not start. The dealer waits for star support to help. It takes 24 hrs to get help from manufacturer and a week to get part and install. This is not good for ram trucks.

welcome 2 the group dealers dont fix them they just throw parts on them their are very few good dealers for the eco

Check all connections including the ones under the Dash, Is the in-tank pump building 55PSI, if not the COV will stay closed, it takes 55PSI to open the COV to deliver fuel to the Combustion side of CP4.

 

[Acs repair]

The truck is still at the dealer and is still under warranty. I will try to pass along the info to someone . Its difficult to get past the service writer. I will probably have to pick it up and take to different dealer. We like the truck but not happy with no service attitude. Thank you
