I bought a 2016 ram limited 4x4 with 28,000 miles, never towed or hauled anything with it,at 44,000 miles the crank bearings went out and ruined the engine.I’m going to swap the ruined engine for a 2023 engine and need to know if everything will be compatible.
Thanks in advance for any and all advice

I just put a 2020 engine into a 2014.. Was not simple BUT repeat BUT it is now running . Had to use 2014 tranny, as ecm would not read 2020 tranny and did not want to mess with that problem.
Have eco perf canada stage 2 tune plus tranny tune. All deletes.
Did not own eco before the swap, so cannot be an "expert" on performance..Other ride is 2016 ss chevy (holden) and a 200 ram 6.7 full delete/stick.
Just drove 400 miles, mostly 77/80 few spots 90..av mileage 20.4 plently of punch, great ride, it was worth it..
To do the swap you need a lot of patience, use the 2014 harness, and be creative BUT it can be done and I am very happy.
Using the canadian tune they were very very helpful,,we cranked the swapped truck before installing the tune,,or removing any epakrap.
The carbon buildup in my 2020 engine was heavy, not hard yet as engine only had 8K on it..Pan was spotless,BUT I can see how the carbon destroy;s these engines Oil after 600 miles is still clear,,so I think the total deletes are doing what I wanted
Total cost was $8K for 8000 mile engine, $5000 to install ,$1250 for tune $500 exhaust $400 install exhaust so about $15,150 .I had found a creampuff
with rims/tires, for $6k so I have $22 in a great ride..Now adding Moritomo projectors $1400 front bumper $600 so I figure 24-25 total ..
For an 8K engine truck with those upgrades...it was worth it.. sure drives a lot different than my 2008 no its not the ss that has a 6.2 L3 in it but this is a pickup!!
