Not a happy customer. I had the ecodiesel settlement work done on my engine and am now getting 30% less fuel mileage. I was told there would be no noticeable difference. I also now have an engine lag at low speeds, especially when the motor is not completely up to running temperature. The lag is so profound that I will not pull out into traffic, it’s a huge safety issue, and I can’t believe Ram has not addressed it. And finally, it’s been over 13 weeks since I submitted the class action suit form, and still have not been contacted by anyone. I’ve called several times only to be told it will be another week or two. The last call was three weeks ago, and still nothing. I would not advise anyone to purchase Ram products after being treated like this. I am furious.
