Fuel in return system leaking. 2015 Jeep GC

I have been trying to figure my way out of this little problem. But no luck so far. I am having trouble as a result of having broke a Tee that is located between the yellow looking tube and the black tube. That tee is located in the driver side bank. The problem I have is it is a different material not just some sort of fake rubber. it is spiral and appears to be melded into the the tube. I have not been able to find a Tee that will take the originals place. Does anyone have a solution?
