My truck is gutless going up hills, works great on the flats getting good mileage 10/100 , what should I look for?

What's the in the truck? Assuming the turbo is good and engine checks out OK
1. reduce weight (I got rid of that nasty hard tonneau, side steps are heavy, lithium battery is lightweight. )
2. Gear down for more HP
3. change rear-end to 3.92 or smaller diameter tires
4. delete and tune
5. higher grade of fuel perhaps

Air and fuel Filters unless you have codes. They aren't "quick", but shouldn't feel gutless.

Here's my 0-60 Crew cab Laramie, 7 seconds full tank fuel. Pretty quick
