I have a 2018 Eco diesel. I haven’t had a lot of luck with it, but fortunately I purchased an aftermarket warranty that paid for a new engine that was required as well as a major coolant leak. Since then the truck has been working great.

I don't recommend oil changes based on the instrument display which is about every 10,000 miles. Do it at least every 7500 miles. I also use OEM, Hastings, or wix filters and use an engine flush every oil change. My oil pan and pickup tube were spotless at 105,000 miles (the picture shows residual oil in the bottom of the pan before cleaning). Fuel filter every other oil change, remove and clean out the EGR tube that goes into the intake manifold every 30,000 miles, and steam clean the def injector and port every 30,000 miles.
