I had a 3500 dodge Dooley it had a Cummins 6.7 when it was in Park you could push the cruise control set button and the diesel would idle and 1000 RPMs and the reason why it idled up was because oil would not go into the turbo the eco-diesel does not seem to do that Idle up

Ecodiesels only have the OEM auto idle, unlike the HDs' up idle system.
