Losing coolant 2016 Ecodiesel

I bought a used 2016 Ram Ecodiesel with 144k miles. It’s been deleted (so no EGR), and I am losing coolant but see no evidence of where it’s going. I can drive maybe 200-300 miles comfortably but the coolant loss happens inevitably. Any ideas?
