Low pressure fuel pump inop

I have a 2015 eco diesel that I deleted and sent the ecm to have programmed and ended up putting a new ecm in and had the dealer program and now it won’t start and I’ve narrowed it down to no voltage to the low pressure pump. I can add voltage to the circuit and the truck runs. I’ve put a new under hood fuse box on it too. Has anyone ran across any issues like this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an issue in the programming or a relay gone bad
