2016 ecodiesel went in for forced regen to the dealership. Found temp sensor was bad and would not regen on its own.
Dealership changed sensor and preformed 2 forced regen's.

While truck was in they preformed
High pressure fuel pump recall.
I was out of province while they repaired it,
So my neighbors picked up the truck. They got truck onto highway on ramp truck ran like crap. Once they nursed it back home about 45mins away they made me aware of it running like crap. I called dealer told them I would bring it back when I came back to province. On my way bringing it back the truck shut off on hwy and would not crank over. Had it towed to dealer
The boosted truck it was squealing and knocking. They checked fuel system said everything was fine up to injectors. They said that would be there next step. I didn't see a point in spended money on checking injectors if bottom end is bad. I'm taking a oil sample and sending it in for testing. Service throttle valve is light that came on. Truck has only 200kms since service. Looking for someone that may have idea to why engine would have no noises shuts down. No they boost it and it runs again but knocking?

TIA Sean

The dealer boosted the truck it started and now it sounds like it spun a bearing in crank. I'm going to have engine oil sent in to look for other stuff in it. Like diesel, coolant etc.

Was asking if anything the dealer could have done anything during service, (forced regen or high-pressure fuel pump
recall) could have caused an issue for it to spin a bearing.....
Either shit luck, or something happened during service. It ran great until it wouldn't regen as I stated above. Then after they had truck for 1.5weeks it was never the same. 200kms later it spun a bearing. Oil changes were done before mileage was ever due.....
