Overheating and temperature fluctuating normal to hot

So this is my first Dodge pickup I loved it in the beginning and now I'm starting to hate it. I'm always constantly having problems with the throttle sensor and now I'm having major problems with the temperature I change the thermostat I've changed all the sensors and now I'm just clueless don't know what's going on some research I've seen is saying it could be the oil cooler and something about the EGR cooler I need to change please help
