Hello I have a 2016 eco diesel with km175 and a delete done two just recently I keep getting the po299 code only when I tow i used to get it when I didn’t tow two I changed the map sensor the air filter gas filter and cleaned the mass air flow sensor it stopped doing it when I don’t tow but yesterday I towed my car and it started doing it again but I realized that if I kept the rpm just over 2000 it didn’t do it I’ve also been hearing almost like a swirling or vacuum leak when driving I also felt something like a misfire when I accelerated a bit harder any idea what it could also be thanks for any info
