P0426 Catalyst temp code

Good evening everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I have two Eco Diesels, a 2016 and 2017 Laramie crew cab. It's my wife's truck that we got about 5 weeks ago that has been causing me some grief with the engine code.
I've had it happen twice where her DPF would say 80% or 90% and wouldn't go into Regen. When I pulled the codes I kept getting the P0426 Catalyst temp circuit, bank 1 sensor 1. After resetting the engine code it would allow me to drive and complete a regen.(had to find a O'Reilly to clear the code to allow me to do a regen and make the 180 mile trek home)The code has popped up three times since. I know it's killing her fuel mileage (18mpg) compared to my 21.6mpg average with same tires, and level kit.(not sure on rear diff because I can't read stickers)

Big question is to replace that sensor where is that sensor located at? Is it in the manifold pre-turbo, post turbo on down pipe or is it just before the DPF injector before the SCR/CAT? I have not seen a good diagram lining out these sensors.
