Repaired turbo coolant hose and replaced intake manifold, now have turbo and intake codes

I'm starting a new thread on what seems like a pretty common issue. I replaced my air intake while I had it off to repair the turbo coolant hose. I used an aftermarket intake which had the new sensors on it and moved the swirl vent control motor from my factory intake to the new one.

The motor started and runs smoothly after these changes, but I have no turbo or power above 2000 RPMs.
These are the codes:
U010C-00 Lost comm with turbo control module
P0045-00 Turbo boost control circuit open
P200A-00 Intake runner performance Bank 1
P200B-00 Intake runner performance Bank 2
P2D2D-00 Cold start intake runner performance Bank 1
P2d2E-00 Cold start intake runner performance Bank 2

I've double-checked all of my plug connectors as I feel I must have introduced this issue. I have seen previous posts experiencing the same codes, but have not seen the solutions.
Any help will be much appreciated.
