Rough acceleration

Hi.
question, I have a 2018 eco diesel. Took to get the hpfp done last week and the tone wheel update.
I have a stage 1 tune in the truck
Since having it back I have had problems with underboost codes I replaced the turbo boost sensor and was still giving the same code. I can clear the code and it runs fine for a while when I go to restart the truck it will idle rough and no acceleration but if I give it some gas and rev it up over 2k rpm it then starts to run fine again.
any tips would be helpful.

I have a '15, so don't know if the set up is similar. I had this problem after a major repair:
The connection of the intake air hose to the throttle body has three points that are supposed to engage. If only 1 or two are "clicked in", it's not sealing and you are losing boost pressure.
