SFT tune and delete procedure

Hello, I have a 2014 ecodiesel and I am going to tune and delete soon. I am having a custom exhaust shop make do the "delete" but they don't tune, just an exhaust shop. When using the SFT Stage 2 tune, would I flash the ecu first, then have the exhaust installed or should I install exhaust first then flash the ecu? I don't want to cause any CEL indicators due to the missing sensors. I am probably over thinking it, but just want to be sure. Thanks, cant wait to see what she feels and sounds like!

I would consult SFT on the matter, but my opinion would be to flash the ECM then get it on the rack for the exhaust work.
