Shuttering and stalling… no codes

Hello all, about 6 months ago I was driving on the highway and I noticed for a split second as if I lost power while I was accelerating. The first complete stop I came to after that my truck shut off. Attempted to start it back up and it wouldnt start until it sat for a few minutes. I didn’t want to chance it so had it towed home. I kept it close to home and drove it around to see if I could get it to act up again, also no codes were thrown. It seems to shutter a bit at a lower speed and will stall from time to time once coming to a full stop. I’ve replaced the in-tank fuel pump, had the HPFP replaced, changed fuel filter, new MAF sensor, cleaned MAP sensor, new air filter, new gas pedal. Also dropped the oil pan to check for sludge but it was very clean and no signs of metal in the oil filter. Still having the same problem. Next I’m going to replace the crank sensor and tone wheel, but thought that would’ve thrown a code, shifting seems to be a bit off too. I have the weight reduction EOC for almost 2 years no issues until 6 months ago. 2014 with around 115k miles. Would appreciate any input. Thanks.
