Swirl Valve/Manifold cleaning

I’m deleting my truck soon, but has the p200A/B code come up. I can’t afford a new manifold yet, but would like to be able to clean the soot from the swirl valves. Is there a safe way to do that without removing the entire manifold?

I have been using the two part BG Intake System Clean to keep it from building up. My wife's Jeep eco is getting the same code, I missed several services, and I am having limited success with an already stuck swirl valve system. Short of pulling the manifold that would be the best bet. Question? If you have found a shop to program a delete, why not use the Banks aluminum intake? It does not have the swirl valve to begin with and does not have accommodations for EGR. (designed for a DOD marine engine, no EPA to worry about)

Had same issue just a couple of weeks ago. Just bought the Banks intake manifold and throttle delete, as well as manifold cover for my truck...I'll keep you guys posted... Yeah, it's pricy. I paid just under $1200 just for the parts
