Turbo Vane sensor A not reading.

I have just finished replacing the lovely engineered turbo coolant line. I did not have any codes or a check engine light before the repair. I did take the intake manifold off and such to perform the repair. I think I may have forgotten to plug i sensor but I looked online and couldn’t find much so I’m turning here. Now I have the service electronic throttle light and the codes shown below. It runs fine other than it’s in reduced power mode. Any help is very much appreciated.
