I am loosing coolant but am not seeing anything on the ground and nothing obvious from above or below. So far I've lost almost a full reservoir bottle over the last month.

Also, no increase in oil volume on the dipstick.

Where is it likely to be going?

Have a 2021 Ecodiesel with 114,000+ miles on it. At 96,000, while still under warranty, when they recalled/replaced the fuel pump they discovered that my engine manifold was cracked. So, dealership did about $4,000 in repairs. I had been slowly losing coolant and had never had the regen light come on. I guess the coolant and def somehow mixed in the manifold. After the warranty repair I am no longer losing coolant and the regen light comes on about every 500 miles. No clue how it all works, just happy I didn’t have to pay for that repair.
BTW never saw where coolant was escaping from. No signs on ground either.

Likely it's the turbo coolant return line under the manifold. do a search or google it, lot's of info

It is not possible for DEF and coolant to mix, the two systems never come close to each other....

Another possibility is the EGR cooler has a crack and the coolant is leaking into the tube that goes to the intake. In this scenario, the coolant would be cycled through the engine in vapor form and out the tailpipe. Never to be seen on the dipstick or on the ground. Check if your truck has had the EGR recall done.

After replaceing my engine due to coolant loss that was never able to be traced, it was discovered that a cracked manifold was the cause for the blown engine. Fortunely, at 97K miles it was totally covered under warranty for a new engine.
