My boyfriend has a 2015 3.0 that he and a friend, a year ago, after some "DIY updates" like deleting emissions and who knows what(before my time), was having issues. Guess they worked on transmission, and I am under the impression, the shifter was in Drive when doing more computer stuff on ezlynk and something unknown has occurred. Won't start at all, keyfob wont turn all the way, all lights are glowing on shifter, on dash it says keep car in drive until safe, do not turn off engine, engine too hot, and I have hooked up obdii and each time new codes. Hooked up EzlynkI and also new codes. PCM error, Shifter module connection error, some fluid is low, some wiring is bad, some sensor is wonky and so on.. HELP ME PLEASE! I apologize for being so very ignorant and most likely too vague to attain a response! But need help and wanted to open up a dialog. Ask anything and I'll pretend i know the answer!
Oh yeah, we are broke, and my dad who has been a mechanic/transmission guy for 40, years passed away almost 2 years ago, and he was the only mechanic I've ever been to haha, so its all the "diy" advice I can get
