    New member and owner; excitement has now turned to concern

    I have a 2016 Laramie Ltd classic crew with 46,000 and have had zero problems with the engine. Keep in mind that diesel engines in general like steady rpm - as in highway driving. If yop do a lot of stop and go, get on the highway regularly. It's a great engine in my opinion.

    Block Heater

    Keep looking, I had the dealer find it, now I've routed it to the front and put red tape on it. Don't need a block heater unless its below 0 F. Assume you are using the front cover below 32F ? Flaps should be closed below 20F, open between 32 and 20

    I've had the same issue, alleged to be caused by water freezing in the system. Best fix is don't use it on warmer days if you know its going to be getting colder, below freezing.     Regretting the purchase.

    Wow have had nothing but great starts. Only time it wouldnt start it was a low fuel alarm which makes sense. How is bad fuel going to drop your oil pressure?
