Fully deleted here.....stage 2 HP Tuners.....zero coal clouds....little bit more smell from the T6 Rosmella ....but oil is still amber color after my last oil change 5500 kms ago!
How many miles on truck when you did Stage 2? I did Stage 2 at 18,000 miles and my engine runs great with clean oil at every change. I assumed my intake was pretty clean at 18,000 miles and with a full delete I would assume it's still in good shape. Pulled my MAF sensor the other day and it...
We came to the conclusion that tuners are writing out that DTC code for EGT as it didn't appear on my scanning tool for my SFT tune, HP Tuners, or MRTune when installed on my truck. Throw the stock tune in and it's there among the 20 plus other codes and we missed it as did the 3 other mechanics...
All I can say is the DTC error code was related to EGT #1 sensor......we replaced it and truck ran again....no issues since.
Here's a picture from the other Ecodiesel forum.....shows the EGT 1 sensor ....this is the one I replaced....

This is supposed to be the part but you might...
You can live monitor that sensor on Alfa Obd....I forgot to mention that my mechanic friend noticed that it wasn't reading properly and this was what got me onto this fix. My truck had been out for 5 months and 3 shops couldn't figure this debacle out....including a highly recommended diesel...
I ordered from RockAuto and they sent the wrong sensor. I ended up using one of the sensors off my deleted pipes and cut / spliced the connector off my bad one. Soldered and heat shrunk the wires to the other sensor and it worked like a charm. Before doing any of this have you scanned for...
My fix was a bad #1 EGT sensor just after turbo.....new sensor and truck has been good as new. My truck is a full stage 2 delete with a an HP Tuners tune from Chris Munroe at E.O.C
It's crazy I had this option sitting dormant all these years.......it's also crazy what the stealership charges to get a factory remote install....I was quoted around $800.00 CAD in 2018 at our local Dodge lot
#1 ....Check that the plug is there, hanging off wire harness
#2....Purchase the FOB and resistors from Amazon
#3....Plug resistor into plug....tape and zip tie
#4....Program new FOB with AlfaOBD... exactly as Boosted Motorsports does
#5....Program RF and Body Modules with AlfaOBD to enable...
I actually had a crappy aftermarket remote start module that I took out recently and was talking to another Ecodiesel owner who directed me to the YouTube video. I couldn't believe how simple and cheap it was to get a factory remote start that was there the whole time!
No kit.....it was as simple as Boosted Motorsports shows in the video. I think the higher trim Rams come with it already in the RF Hub. If you have that plug dangling by the radiator that's the first sign that your Ram is equipped with remote start. I just installed the resistor, ran the AlfaOBD...
