    PPEI TUNING AND DELETE

My guess its no more than Pressure tuning, it will add HP that's about it, equal to Banks Bullet/Derringer. It would need to come with COC to be on road compliant.

FCA insider document reveals current engine failure rate.

UK, My Guess its Petrol-Gray Color, it does state Eco Diesel 3.0.

    Newbie questiin

You can replace the sensor if you like, I've dealt with codes for the pass 15 Years, 9 out 10 times its unrelated to the sensor. check all your wiring, I've even found poor ground to defective battery can cause this code. I would disconnect the battery and Dia-electric every connection in the...

    My adventure with SofaKingTuned

Tremper126, Your what I call seasoned Dsl owner, it will be OK, and if you upgrade to less parts takes a huge bite out of the worry.... Hey remember the 53 Block end of world that never happened, or the trust ring explosion in the 48re, I could go on and on. You know the short comings of the...

Anyone had their ecodiesel catch on fire

Ecopete No, it will still show up in the OAs, I've seen 100s of OAs with elevated Sodium and insoluble it will be found in the OA. Fleet Owners with elevate levels have one to three choices , HG, Crack head, or leaky EGR, they remove the EGR 1st and inspect the Intake plenum if No wetness or...

    Extended warranty question.

Its just one which ever benefits the Owners. Example : 2016 ED has 152K miles at AEM install. That means this truck Gets AEM warranty 4 years or 200K 4/48K miles which ever happens first Example 2015 ED with 40K miles, That means The Truck gets AEM 10 years From 2015 or 120K miles which ever...

Anyone had their ecodiesel catch on fire

The reason I ask their is much speculation that the EGR exchanger is causing 100% of the fires, I have spoken to many Owners You are 63, Yes I have 63 confirmed Eco fires. and Your #7 confirmed fire starting in rear of engine. I'm don't care for class actions , its getting to the point it may be...

Anyone had their ecodiesel catch on fire

Rodey7, So the fire started in rear Turbo area, or was the Plenum Intake a blaze? the EGR side were Fiat claims fires are starting was intact? I take it the foam above the EGR cooler was NOT on fire when you open the Hood. Even the tail lights on the fire melted.

    Well...it happened

Hopefully Fiat will wake up , and place a Tried and True power plant in the 1/2 Truck , and do a complete changeover at Cento, The country of Italy is finically in trouble, and not likely to rebound anytime soon. Couple that with the COVID-19 tremors will be felt by all for some time to come.

StevenB, What's your future Plan. I find it odd that Eco owners are willing to keep the Eco after major failure, Generally warranty coverage helps the owner, New Engine, Trans, Axle, Etc, Not So with VM, its same short comings & risk with the replacement, many owners are on 2nd even 3rd...

Anyone had their ecodiesel catch on fire

Rodey0, I'm lost for words, I also cannot thank you enough for sharing this with the community. For all You Naysayers that the 3.0VM is road worthy and just fine ,if this happened to Rodey0 Twice its no different than owners that have had their 3.0VM replace two and even three times, Your...
