Generally Cat-Back exhaust change the sound so slightly you can't hardly tell. When you remove the DPF and other big restrictions is where it becomes noticeably loud.
TS Performance had one on the works awhile back, I think it is still undergoing testing though.

No problems here.. have the dealer check the exhaust clamps off the turbo. There has to be a seal leaking for broken for it to get in the cab like that.
I stay away from small stations. Always try to buy from a station that moves A LOT of diesel, like a truck stop or high traffic areas.. you'll know it's fresh that way and not getting fuel from the bottom of the tank.
No problems of 15 years owning diesels.
