Welcome! Perhaps FCA can help you other, otherwise I would look at a used engine then a local mechanic to get the truck back on the road. That's your best way out at this point if FCA doesn't cover the engine.
Welcome! 10K is the service interval. I'd recommend reading around our forum as we've got a ton of info around the EcoDiesels here.. also, most dealers up charge just because it's a "diesel". I'd recommend changing it yourself, as it's super easy.. also, do keep receipts for proof of oil change...

They can't tune anything right now.. also, you can't blame them for sharing anything. The customers should also not be upset or even shocked as everyone knows modifying emissions equipment is against federal law and people knowingly bought those products. If GDE said no, then they would find out...
If the regen process is working properly, the end user (the driver) is not suppose to know it's actually in "regen". So, yours completed the process many times, but it worked as expected and you simply didn't notice the regen process.
