No problems here.. have the dealer check the exhaust clamps off the turbo. There has to be a seal leaking for broken for it to get in the cab like that.

Probably to fit the bigger tires. Usually it looks better as well, but that's just each persons preference.

I stay away from small stations. Always try to buy from a station that moves A LOT of diesel, like a truck stop or high traffic areas.. you'll know it's fresh that way and not getting fuel from the bottom of the tank. No problems of 15 years owning diesels.

Yes, the DEF tank is insulated and the lines are heated to help prevent this. It's always needed (UREA/DEF), and constantly injected into the DPF/DOC system to keep emissions in check.

Exactly what AzRamDiesel said! I prefer the looks of the soft over the shell myself. And for the use also, can load ATV's, etc..

I've owned a diesel since 06 an never could tell much difference between using one or not. I will say for the colder climates anti gel additives are most definitely needed, frozen fuel is never good.

I've bough DEF for two years for my Duramax truck, I never had a problem with freezing or old DEF. But I bought it as I needed it, never stored it.

I use the blue DEF from Walmart. Others have talked about just filling it up at the big rig pump because it's cheaper. Just watch out for the DEF you buy as it has an expiration date.

Welcome! Unloaded Highway mileage is around 28-30 MPG as from my experiences. Loaded it varies by weight. You made a great choice. Good idea on the 4x4 as resell value will be a lot better if you ever decided to sell it. Post some pictures!
