I had codes pop up when I first got my truck and played with the air suspension too much. What @Bob S. is experiencing is related to the suspension. Some faults with the suspension do shut down the Trailer brake controller and other systems, I have seen it first hand.
Well I don't have any dropped corners, I just get a red code just after startup then it turns yellow just after that showing it's stored but not active, pulled a b17fb code but no luck just clearing it
Haha jinx'd myself. Pulled into subway today and this popped up, but I can't pull any codes on torque anyways. Going to try my speedo calibrator scanner which is more in depth in a bit here.
I'm not really sure what you mean that the truck seems to be riding like it's on bricks, unless the air bags completely deflated you'd still be sprung and comfortable. Your problem makes me think of Mercedes air bags that have valve bodies for the Inner shock portion that we have the equivalent...
I'm in roseau Minnesota, 10 miles I south of the Canadian Border a little west of Lake of the woods, we spend 5 months of the year in zero Celsius, my 2015 air suspension is perfect. I would not trade my load leveling capabilities for anything.
The only flaw would be if I were to put a plow on...
Um 275/60r20 is a factory Tire size.. it's a 33x10? Or 11? I don't recall exactly. So it would fit regardless.
A 33x12.5 rubs because of wheel offset and width not height. 275/65/20 is a 34-34.5 depending on brand and tread, also fits factory height. Will catch wheel well liners if they're...
Well it looks like they are getting some stronger power figures for the 2019 available wrangler JL that was announced.
The 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine, which will be available starting in 2019, makes 262 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. 8 Speed Auto transmission only.
Quite a bump. From...
Lol I've pulled 10+, tongue weight is all how you load it. I've had 3k+ payload in my bed, the suspension is very capable.
Owners manual says that I can't have a slide in pickup bed camper due to weight with air suspension. I find that ridiculous
From everything that I understand when gde does an off road tune they set the def gauge to read half regardless of fluid level. So it's not actually reading the tank level it's just programmed as a constant.
Holy shit it worked!!! Nice job! So your mileage counter is gone?
I think p20 is just a generic code, nothing specific that causes trouble. My truck stores generic codes like that all of the time but never amount to anything. Not even a CEL.
Congratulations on the fix for now!
My state doesn't regulate, but I haven't had any issues with scr/dpf/def systems. When I do, and that isn't rectified by a tank flush, all that shit is going to be gone. Just too many $$$ for repairs
Does your state require annual smog and emissions testing?
Basically gde or ppei to flash your engine computer and then remove all of the emissions equipment in the exhaust and replace with straight exhaust pipe.
Basically some time down the road you'll likely have problems with the...
The code won't clear unless it's physically gone or reset by the dealer. Disconnecting the battery will only clear soft codes. And they'll still be stored
Don't know what state you're in and what emissions regulations you have.. if they don't fix it under some extended Warranty are you going to bite the 2k repair or thinking to tune it?
